Raíssa Leite
PhD Candidate - Fundação Getulio Vargas, São Paulo


Raíssa is a PhD candidate in Law and Development at FGV Direito SP (Fundação Getulio Vargas, São Paulo). Her research agenda focuses on business politics and regulation, with particular attention to how firms organize and mobilize to shape regulatory outcomes. Her doctoral research examines business political action in the regulation of digital markets in Brazil, combining Social Network Analysis (SNA) and Discourse Network Analysis (DNA) to analyze organizational networks, discursive coalitions, and the political economy of competition policy.
She is affiliated with the Núcleo de Direito e Economia Política (NUDEP) and with the Center for Competition, Public Policy, Internet and Technology (COMPPIT) at FGV Direito SP. She holds an LL.B. from FGV Direito SP.
